I'm a healthcare operations and analytics specialist with hands-on experience in care coordination and mental health support, and a Data Science MSc. I understand both the human side of healthcare and the analytical side — and that's what drives everything I do.
I founded SETA because I kept seeing the same problem up close — therapists missing emails for days, invoices going out late, reports piling up, phones going unanswered, and hours lost just trying to navigate systems that were supposed to make life easier. The irony is that the people most dedicated to their clients' wellbeing often have the least time to actually be present with them.
